Call for Workshops

Pre- or post-congress workshop

We offer you the opportunity to organise your own pre- or post-congress workshop, specifically adapted to your target audience.

  • Pre-congress workshops will take place on June 13, 2027, between 11:00-15:45.
  • Post-congress workshops will take place on June 18, 2027, between 14:00-17:00.
  • Workshop duration can be defined by the convenor.
  • Workshops are held in person at the congress venue only with no hybrid option.
  • Beverages are available in the venue, but no food is served.
  • Participation in the pre- and post-congress workshops is free of charge for all registered IGC 2027 participants. Workshop registration will open separately for registered participants.

Convenors have to describe topic and objective of the workshop using the application template. Applications must be sent to igc2027@zalf.de until January 31, 2027.

You will receive feedback within four weeks after application, but latest until the end of February 2027. The overall workshop plan with contact addresses will be made available on the congress website.
